You pay the manufacturer directly according to agreed terms (typically 30% advance, 70% against shipping documents). You pay us a separate sourcing fee — either a fixed project amount or percentage of equipment value, agreed upfront. We take no commission from factories, so our incentive aligns with finding you the right equipment, not pushing a specific supplier.
We document issues with photos and descriptions, then work with the factory to resolve them before final payment is released. This is standard practice — factories expect punch lists and normally address legitimate issues to receive final payment. If problems cannot be resolved, you haven't paid the final installment yet, so you retain leverage.
No. We verify that you receive what you ordered and that it leaves the factory in the specified condition. Manufacturer warranties (typically 12 months) apply directly between you and the factory. Our job is to make sure the machine matches the specification you paid for when it ships — warranty support is a separate matter between you and the manufacturer.
Standard equipment with available stock: 75-90 days. Custom specifications or high demand periods: 90-120 days. This covers supplier selection, production (if not in stock), inspection, and export processing. Shipping time depends on destination — 3-4 weeks to Africa, 4-6 weeks to South America.
